I didn't think we would send out Christmas cards this year. After all, we just mailed out birth announcements. But when I saw all the cute cards that Tiny Prints has this year, I changed my mind!

Gulf Shores November 2010

So when we went down for the Blue Angels show, we actually stayed in Gulf Shores. We couldn't have asked for better weather in November. It would have been perfect except the wind was a little chilly. The boys had a great time playing in the sand. The water was freezing cold, but that didn't stop Taylor and Alex! The beach outside our condo was covered with trucks and equipment that they were using to clean the beach from the oil spill over the summer. The boys loved to sit on our balcony and watch the trucks work.

Blue Angels Air Show Nov. 2010

For my Dad's birthday, he wanted to go see the Blue Angels Air Show in Pensacola, FL. So we all loaded up and headed down. Well, everyone but Walt. He couldn't get off work. The air show was so much fun. We were afraid that the kids would get scared because it is so loud, but it didn't bother them one bit. Even though it was November, the weather was incredible! It was a beautiful and super fun day!

Church Fall Festival 2010

Charlie had a great time at the Fall Festival! We loved seeing all of his little friends dressed up in their costumes. He even sat super still and got his face painted!

Halloween 2010

Charlie went trick or treating with his cousins this year. He dressed up as a fireman. It was so cute how he would walk around saying, "I a fire man!" I was really surprised at how well he did. He is usually so shy! But he jumped right in there. He loved carrying his pumpkin full of candy. He was not about to let go of it. It was a great night!

Outer Banks, NC Sept. 2010

We had the opportunity to go to Outer Banks, NC with my parents back in September. It was a quick trip that was actually for my dad's veterinary conference. But we had a great time. Charlie flew on an airplane for the first time. We were so nervous about flying with him. But he was AMAZING! All the people sitting around us on the flight commented on how good he was. I know they were relieved! We didn't take many pictures. But these are a few of the afternoon we spent on the beach. It was really pretty there. Very different from the Gulf beaches that we are used to visiting. We did some bike riding, and the guys tried to kite board. TRIED is the key word! It was a relaxing, wonderful trip!
